BUCKHANNON - The second of two “Make It Shine” events is tomorrow (Saturday) August 20, 2022.

The event is happening at the Buckhannon Transfer Station, 444 Mudlick Road, Buckhannon WV 26201 from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

The maximum amount allowed to dump, per customer, is the equivalence of two (2) pickup truck loads (includes from last event as well).

You must show proof that you are a valid customer with the City of Buckhannon Waste Department, with proper ID, and NOT on a service shutoff list.

Items that use Freon (such as air conditioners, Dehumidifiers, and refrigerators must be tagged and certified by a licensed vendor that the Freon has been removed.

No tires will be accepted.
